The procedure consists of four easy steps -

  3. Purchase Agreement & Deposit
  4. After we agree on all the aspects and you provide us required information - e.g. new name and purpose - we kindly ask you to sign purchase agreement and make the first deposit (10%, max. 1000 CHF).

  5. Notarial Act & Receipt of Documents
  6. We implement the changes via notarial public deed and you receive one certified copy of company documents as a proof. Your shelf company takes desired shape - new name, new business purpose, new directors (if required) and new address (if required).

  7. Payment of Remainder & Transfer of Shares
  8. Shares are transfered immediately upon payment of the remainder. We accept bank transfers, cash, credit cards and PayPal. If you prefer, we can handle the payment via the 3rd party escrow service.

  • Do I need to travel to Switzerland?
  • We are always happy to meet and get to know you in person. However, we have successfully served clients from all over the world using modern technologies. Swiss company can be bought without physical travel by power of attorney (with authorization narrowly restricted to your precise wishes).

  • Should I buy AG or GmbH?
  • AG is more similar to a corporation, whereas GmbH is more similar to a limited liability company. The shareholders of an AG may remain secret (only disclosed to the bank for money laundering checks); however this is not the case for the shareholders of a GmbH (published in Commercial Register). Rules regarding taxation, liability and audit are the same.

  • What factors influence the price?
  • In general, price increases with the age of the company. AG established in 2000 is more expensive than the one set up in 2016. Other factors are amount of share capital and complex capital structures.

  • When should I pay?
  • Seeing is believing. After we agree on all the aspects and you provide us required information - e.g. new name and purpose - we kindly ask you to make the first deposit (10%, max 1000 CHF). Then we implement the changes via notarial public deed and you receive one certified copy as a proof. We will provide the share certificates immediately upon payment of the remainder.

  • Which payments are accepted?
  • We accept bank transfers, cash, credit cards and PayPal. If you prefer, we can handle the payment via 3rd party escrow service.
